In order to obtain quotations for electricity, gas and telecoms we shall require to send information provided to various chosen suppliers for them to be able to successfully quote for the services and if necessary to register the supplies. Cost Advice Services Ltd (CASL) cannot accept responisbility for how information is stored, shared or used by third parties. CASL will only use data to carry out ligitimate purposes and functions.
Information is sent to chosen suppliers via email, fax, post and can be discussed via the telephone.
By entering your information and submitting this for analysis or quotation purposes you provide CASL with the authority to discuss this information with your current and any prospective suppliers. CASL do not accept responisbility for the loss or misuse of this data or information by any third parties or any party which is not entitled to this information. CASL withold the right to delete any information provided via this website and as when deemed necessary by CASL.
When CASL present prices to customers and provide comparisons between suppliers, these are provided to the best knowledge of CASL. It is the customers responsibility to check the prices/calculations shown on the spreadsheet reflect their current usage levels, current supplier prices, tariff structure and annual spend. Costs presented may or may not include discounts offered by either current or prospective suppliers such as Direct Debit or Dual Fuel.

Terms of business
The terms below are applicable to customers where Cost Advice Services Ltd (CASL) has provided advice, prices, quotations or other documentation whether verbally or written to that customer or customers.
Cost Advice Services Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 3086905 and who’s registered office is situated at Coney Green Business Centre, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S45 9JW.
Any information or advice provided by CASL, its employees or any of it’s colleagues, affiliates, peers or associates should remain confidential between the disclosing party and the receiving party.
Any documentation created by CASL, including any attachments to an email created by CASL remain the intellectual property of CASL and may not be copied, amended, used or distributed for business purposes by any other party without the written permission of CASL.
Opinions expressed in correspondence between CASL and any other party whether verbally or in writing are those of the writer/speaker and may not represent the views of Cost Advice Services Limited and the company, its directors or employees make no representation or accept any liability for its accuracy or completeness unless expressly stated to the contrary.
Any correspondence sent within or outside the premises of CASL is intended solely for the addressee(s). CASL take no responsibility for the actions of any third party including Customers, Suppliers or otherwise.
Any prices or quotations CASL may send to customers may include commission payable to CASL by the energy supplier.
CASL withhold the right to not provide the services to a customer if they believe they have a legitimate reason to withhold such services. Services include the analysis of energy supplies, tendering and obtaining energy prices, securing energy prices with the customer’s chosen supplier, resolving any supply issues including but not limited to transfer objections and invoicing issues.
CASL may offer any services they wish to do so to a customer, and do not have to offer the same services or level of service to all customers. CASL withhold the right to conduct it’s business within the law.
Any prices or quotations sent to customers are provided in goodwill using information provided by the customer or supplier or any other reputable source. In all cases it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have read, understood and agree to the energy supplier’s terms and conditions prior to signing a supply agreement or providing CASL the permission to sign a supply agreement on the customers behalf. If a supply agreement does not match the customer requirements it is the customers responsibility to highlight such issues to CASL prior to them signing a supply agreement or providing CASL the permission to sign a supply agreement on the customer’s behalf.
CASL shall not knowingly disclose confidential information to any third party for marketing or other business purposes. CASL may, and often will have to disclose certain supply information to potential suppliers and other third parties (such as meter installers or siteworks providers) in order to carry out it’s business practices and obtain necessary quotations for electricity supplies, gas supplies, meter installations or any other works or quotes as requested by the customer.
